Description
Stone & Concrete Sealer is a high solids, solvent based sealer for use with unglazed stone, quarry tiles, marble, granite, brick paving or any other porous surface. It cures to form a gloss film, which is stain resistant and unaffected by UV rays. Stone & Concrete Sealer is an easy to maintain seal which can be recoated or patched to hide scratch marks.

Precautions
Always try a small area first to determine ease of application and desired results. The area to be sealed must be thoroughly dry before use. Gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. Not for use on exterior floors where the risk of condensation from below may occur. Avoid recoating fresh work as this will leave marks on the finish — if small areas have been missed it is better to recoat later. Grout Seal is flammable, so smoking should be avoided during application.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces to be treated with Stone & Concrete Sealer must be thoroughly dry, free from oil, dirt, grease or any other contaminants.
Applying Stone & Concrete Sealer
Use Stone & Concrete Sealer at full strength. Do not dilute. It is best applied with a brush as application with a roller may cause unsightly bubbles to appear on the surface. One coat of sealer is usually sufficient, however, addition coats may be necessary for very porous surfaces. Use Solvent TX to remove surface scratches or to completely strip the floor of sealer. Stone & Concrete Sealer is ready for light traffic (stockinged feet) when dry approximately 20-30 minutes and heavy traffic after 12 hours.
Coverage
One litre of Stone & Concrete Sealer will be sufficient to cover 4-6 square metres, however, this may be reduced significantly on porous surfaces.
Cleaning
Morgan's Solvent TX can be used to clean Stone & Concrete Sealer from brushes etc.
Expected Wear
Depends on traffic, approximately 12 months.
Shelf Life
Store un-used Stone & Concrete Sealer in original sealed container away from children.
