Description
Grout Seal is made for protecting grouting joints between tiles of every type from staining, efflorescence, dust and water. It provides a semi-lustrous finish and will enhance the colour of any grout. (Unglazed tiles refer Morgan Adhesives)

Precautions
Always try a small area first to determine ease of application and desired results. The area to be sealed must be thoroughly dry before use. Gloves and eye protection should be worn during application. Not for use on exterior floors where the risk of condensation from below may occur. Grout Seal is inflammable so smoking should be avoided during application.
Surface Preparation
All surfaces to be treated with Grout Seal must be thoroughly dry, free from oil, dirt, grease or any other contaminants. Traces of cement, efflorescence and any eventual residue left during the grouting procedure must be removed, use Morgan's Floor Prep. Careful cleaning of the floor before application will always guarantee excellent results.
Applying Grout Seal
Grout Seal must be applied with a clean cloth that is lint free, or with a soft brush. Application should be uniform. Grout Seal must never be poured directly from the can onto the surface. To avoid tears and the accumulation of material that will leave patches when dry, leave the Grout Seal to penetrate for a few minutes and then remove the excess with a cloth. On highly absorbent surfaces the treatment should be repeated at least once to obtain better results.
Grout Seal can be re-applied whenever necessary depending on how much the surfaces are used. Wall tile joints can be applied in exactly the same manner as for the floor.
Coverage
One litre of Grout Seal will be sufficient to cover 8-10 square metres, or approximately 40 lineal metres, however, this may be reduced significantly on porous surfaces.
Clean Up
Grout Seal may be cleaned with Morgan's Solvent Tx.
Expected Wear
Depends on traffic, approximately 12 months.
Shelf Life
Store un-used Grout Seal in original sealed container away from children and direct flames.
