DESCRIPTION
A blend of waterproofing agents.

FEATURES:

  • Below surface sealer.
  • Cures to form an impervious barrier in showers.
  • Invisible chemical cure and finish.
  • Works with concrete, bricks, mortar.
  • Has no fumes or odour.
  • Once cured is unaffected by chemicals.

ATTRIBUTES:

  • Water based.
  • One coat application.

USES:

  • Plugs water penetration in showers.
  • Ponds.
  • Concrete stock troughs.
  • Adobe rammed earth.
  • Flagstone stucco.
  • Interior and exterior.

EXPECTED WEAR:

  • Indefinite

COVERAGE:

  • Varies depending on porosity and method of application but 1 litre should cover 6-8m2.
  • For very porous surfaces another coat may be applied.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

  • Rake out old grout joints - brush up debris.
  • Apply in liberal quantities to open joints and allow to, soak in.
  • Brush, or spray may be used.
  • Water may be applied over the top of the wet coat to help the seal penetrate deeply.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Always try a small area first to determine ease of application.
  • Do not leave on surrounding surfaces. Protect them from splashing.
  • Always rinse residue off surface of tiling.
  • Do not allow to dry on clothing as it will not wash out once dried.

CURE TIME:

  • Ready for use immediately.
  • 3 days for full chemical reaction.

HANDLING AND STORAGE:

  • Store in sealed container away from children.

ONGOING MAINTENANCE:

  • No further action necessary.
  • Simply regrout shower over the top of Shower Seal with Morgan's Superior Grout or Regular Grout mixed with Grout Add.
  • Water/Floor joints use a Flexible Sealant.
